This day! The most dreamy Autumn wedding at Kumeu Valley Estate. Rowena actually used to be a flatmate of mine and I was so honoured when she asked me to capture her special day. Rowena and Dave had a real focus on spending quality time with their guests on the day, planning their timeline to allow for this. They were surrounded by so much love and emotion, the day was a dream. Everything was an adventure with gorgeous pockets of golden light, rugged coastal beauty out at Muriwai for photos (you know it’s one of my favourites), making a running escape from the rain just in time, and a surprise baby announcement! I’m so excited to see these two building an epic future together with a new addition coming along soon too. I loved reminiscing about this gorgeous Kumeu wedding, enjoy their story below.
