Laura + Philip- Te Puke Wedding

Laura and Phil’s day was beautiful, genuine celebration of young love. Phil cried in anticipation of seeing Laura before she even came down the aisle. And she didn’t disappoint, looking classically gorgeous in her lace dress. Laura and Phil value family and were blessed to have them involved throughout the day, Laura’s Mum did styling and hand-made a lot of the details for the day herself. Laura’s Nana made the lovely pearl necklaces the bridesmaids wore. A very special moment was in the ceremony when Laura’s sister sung a song she had written for the couple about what they loved about each other and all their favourite things to do together. I am lucky to call Laura and Phil friends, we met in our first year of University when we all went to the same hostel and also, Laura and I lived together last year, so it was truly an honour to be such a special part of her day and capture all the love! These two are not hard to photograph, they’re completely natural in front of the camera and clearly adore each other. Laura and Phil married in Laura’s hometown of Te Puke and we found plenty of gorgeous countryside and beach to run around and take photos amongst. Enjoy xx

I photographed this wedding for the Kate Robinson Photography brand.
