The Kiwi Wedding Podcast & Lydia Rachel Photography – Wedding Photography Giveaway

By entering this giveaway, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Promoter

The giveaway is run by Lydia Rachel Photography in collaboration with The Kiwi Wedding Podcast (“the Promoter”).
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, TikTok, or any other social media platform.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to enter, entrants must:

• Be aged 18 years or over
• Be planning a wedding with a proposed or confirmed date in 2026 or 2027
• Not have already booked another professional wedding photographer
• Complete the official entry form in full
• Agree to these Terms & Conditions
  
  Employees, immediate family members, or close associates of Lydia Rachel Photography are not eligible to enter.

3. Giveaway Period

• Entries open on 1 January 2026
• Entries close at 11:59pm NZDT on 17 January 2026
• The winner will be drawn and announced on 18 January 2026
• Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted.
  
  

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

• Complete the entry form via the link provided
• Provide accurate information, including names, wedding date, and venue/location
• Confirm that they have not booked another photographer
• Agree to join the Lydia Rachel Photography email mailing list
• Only one entry is permitted per couple.

5. Prize Details

One winning couple will receive:

• A full wedding photography package by Lydia Rachel Photography, valued at approximately NZD $5350, including 8 hours of coverage on the wedding day and a mini engagement session
  
  The prize includes photography coverage only and does not include:
• Travel or accommodation costs outside of Auckland, New Zealand
• Add-ons such as second shooter, additional hours, albums, videography, or content creation (these may be added at the winner’s expense, subject to availability)
  
  

6. Wedding Date, Date Range & Availability

• The prize is valid for weddings taking place in 2026 or 2027 only
• The wedding date must be mutually agreed upon and available in Lydia Rachel Photography’s calendar
• If the Promoter is unavailable on the winner’s selected date, an alternative available date must be chosen
• If no suitable date can be agreed upon, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

7. International Weddings

The giveaway is open worldwide.
For weddings outside Auckland or New Zealand, the winning couple will be responsible for all additional travel and accommodation costs.

8. Non-Transferable

The prize:

• Is not transferable
• Cannot be exchanged for cash or other services
• Cannot be sold or gifted to another couple

9. Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries
• The winner will be contacted via email and/or Instagram
• If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize
• The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. Marketing & Content Use

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that:

• Lydia Rachel Photography may photograph and film their wedding day
• Images and behind-the-scenes content may be used for marketing, portfolio, social media, website, podcast, and promotional purposes
  
  The Promoter will always represent the couple respectfully and in line with the brand’s values.

11. Email Marketing Consent

By entering the giveaway, entrants agree to:

• Be added to the Lydia Rachel Photography mailing list
• Receive wedding-related content, updates, and offers
  Entrants may unsubscribe at any time.

12. Privacy

All personal information collected will be used solely for:

• Administering the giveaway
• Contacting the winner
• Future marketing communications (with the option to unsubscribe)
• Information will not be shared with third parties outside of this promotion.
  
  

13. Force Majeure

In the event that the Promoter is unable to fulfil the prize due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, injury, government restrictions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other unforeseen events, Lydia Rachel Photography reserves the right to:

• Reschedule the photography services to a mutually agreed-upon alternative date, or
• Substitute the prize with an alternative of equal value, orRedraw the prize if fulfilment is no longer possible
  
  

14. Changes & Cancellation

The Promoter reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if circumstances arise beyond reasonable control
• Make changes to these Terms & Conditions where necessary

15. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting an entry, entrants confirm that they:

• Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions
• Agree to be bound by them
