Some of my favourite engagement shoots are when I tag along with a couple on a typical “day-in-the-life” date doing something they would normally do. Saturday morning coffee, a walk on the beach, hanging out at home, or going exploring, for example. It’s always a treat to spend time capturing them in a natural environment, somewhere they enjoy, feel comfortable and would actually hang out. Peta and James told me they love spending time outdoors, in nature, particularly in the bush and by the coast. They love west Auckland (so do I!) so we headed out to Huia and had coffee at the Foodstore (such a cute little gem- note that down for a Saturday morning date adventure, thank me later!). Then we explored the beautiful NZ coastline, scenic views and bushwalks in the surrounding area. Enjoy this gorgeous Saturday morning I was able to capture xx
